Called them one ways up here as the stress was one way on the tractor as was the row of cutter discs. That's what the dolly wheel was for......to "offset" the torque of the "one way" discs. 15's were popular here in green. Soil here is heavy clay and if you wanted to roll it over, you had to have a rolling cutter to keep it from getting gummed up like a moldboard would do.
Neighbor had a 2 bottom he pulled with his JD B for many years.
