Mark and David below. THERE IS not any "fuel" screw on a JD 4020 of any age or model. They all would have had a Roosa Master injection pump on them. NON of them would have had an external fuel adjustment. The big in line Bosch pump does but that model pump was never used on a JD 4020.
Guys make sure of the advice you give a fellow. I have seen guys ruin their Roosa Master pump by breaking the pump head mounting/retaining bolts. These bolts sticks right up on the outside. The guy turns the "H" out of it and when he does not get any more power he turns it some more. Then it breaks and the head comes loose with a broken bolt in the fuel head. Injection pump repair time.
