Praise the Lord! It's been so hot and dry here in N Florida and S. Ga. The hay and peanut farmers without irrigation have been hurting. Lots of peanuts are in seedling stage, and cant take much more.They are often planted after they just harvested winter wheat or rye. I should have already had a cutting of hay and it would be back at the hiegth it is now. Let's just hope it starts slow then builds to about 5 inches of rain. Our sandy soils erode badly in a flash storm.
