My neighbor and I went and looked at a 3020 JD with a loader that has been sitting for the last four years. Diesel, not a power shift, sheet metal poor. Hit by a tree, steering wheel broken, shifter broken. Rear tires decent. Owner says it was running and had a new clutch shortly before being parked. Loader appears to be in good shape. How does one put a value on such a tractor? The owner is customer at my shop. I want to be fair. Is it even worth fixing, or part it out? I understand that sight unseen it is very difficult to answer this, but just looking for some opinions. Thanks,
