I know what you are saying, surprisingly, with all the land and places we've owned over the years it did not happen more, but then there's always one or a select few that can be hard to deal with. The last time I had to get involved with rotten neighbor, it got real ugly, involved state police, sheriff, myself a courtroom and a deceitful neighbor looking to claim something that was not theirs. It is in situations like these that you put the boots to em and not look back. Ironically, go one door down, you have people that are the most friendly, respectful, and pleasant neighbors you could ask for, just human nature I suppose. By the same token it helps to be just as nice and reflect your appreciation, we have one neighbor who has been here a couple less years than us, very nice, meticulously maintained place with a nice shop attached that I have watched countless classic cars come out of, I can't hold a candle to this guys work and how he keeps his place, the whole darned neighborhood follows his lead too, funny to watch, he starts cutting grass, trimming, we do the same, cause he makes us look bad if'n we don't LOL !!!
