Ford 3000 info.

I am rewireing this 78 Ford 3000, and I can not find where the stock location for the coolant temp. sending unit is supposed to be! Any Ideas? I don't have a manual for this tractor, I am just gropping by sight and feel method on this one! Any how thanks for all and any help you may supply! Randy S.
