Yes, it is here already! In the news a short while back, the big bro was (I believe) a high school that issued computers to each student... had a web cam built in and they could see - and maybe hear - what the student was doing whenever they had the computer turned on (soooooo, at the library, in the park, in the privacy of their own room in their own home - they were unknowingly being recorded). Families and students were not initially aware of it. Not sure how it got discovered - but they raised cain about it. Thinking it was stopped... if not, it sure should be stopped.
