Mahindra built British pattern IHC under license that meant a lot of tooling from IHC to make exact parts interchange. 1990s India market reform- socialists replaced with Capitalist government- freed many Indian companies for world market sales. Mahindra made spare parts for some IHCs were sold as direct replacements by former IHC, now Case/IHC/NH/Fiat- whatever they call themselves now. Some of the former IHC dealers handling them as the 30 to 75 hp utility market part of line as competition to Kobuta, rep for work at good price, reliable in most models. The B275, 414, 454 clones have most parts interchange and parts available locally- some old accesseries interchange or mount easily- loaders are supposed to be easy swaps. Mahindra has a rep for good metal work, castings, quality control as old military supplier didn't want complaints from people with access to cannons.
