With it running above idle..half throttle or so, open (turn OUT) the "Load Adjustment" for "fuel" and turn it on out..the engine should be so RICH that it should die..or at least be belching BLACK smoke... It is does not..there is NOT enough fuel flow to the Main Load adjustment and you need to find out why there is not... These are very simple carbs and should not be much mystery, finding the obstruction..
