It may be worth more as a display antique than as a worker, LOL. If you are determined I would set it beside a small 3 point tool then just envision how to make the hitch part of the other tool fit on the front of your mower. Then make a materials list, (probably mostly angle stock) then start cutting and welding. If you want the bar to raise you will need linkage to do that automatically, but that would be very complicated. To figure it out you would probably have to look at one that is mounted on the tractor in order to copy it.
