One of Case 930's was converted to an Impco reg and carb before we bought it. You can find info on them here: http://www.impcoautomotive.com/index.php?pagename=home
The regulator on our 930 is not quite big enough, a cool fall day the line from the reg to the carb will get some liquid and frost under full load. If you plan on using it hard try to get a regulator thats "Horsepower" rated at least 50% over what the tractor actually makes. You may need to replace the Ensign carb, maybe not, have to ask them. Have you considered trying to find material to cut diaphrams and rebuild yours? IIRC the Masseys use an Ensign model W right?
