That tractor should have 16" rims and not 15" and the 4" rim does not have the dish needed for anything but a 6:00 but the optional rims were 6" and work perfectly with the 7:50 X 16" tires they were designed for and that rim is the same as was used on JD 45 combines in the rear steering tires and it is a perfect replacement rim. You could even put a 7:50 x 18" tire on that tractor for loader work same as was used on some 4000 and 5000 models.
