I was complaining the same as you, we are the rare one's getting the rain on rain, too much.
But last night a hailsotorm went through at 3:00 in the morning, was 2 miles north of me, it sounds like it covered a 5 mile by 35 mile square, and it's just buzzed off the corn & beans like a flail mower. Something terrible.
I drove about 5 miles through it, couldn't stand any more, acre after acre of multch, smells like bad silage by this afternoon.
So, i'm gonna quit complaining. Had strong winds and .2 of rain, that's not bad when 2 miles away.....
They are saying one more night of storms tonight, to go through the area. Likemy aunt said, might as well hail some more in the same spot, can't do any more damage - but we know it'll hit a new spot tonight....
