There seems to be research money (taxes)available to study the mating life of bugs but nothing for: 1. why a pile of gloves are all right handed? 2. why the leads to a VOM (meter) or a battery charger are always in a knot that few scout masters ever saw, even when you just straightened them out when you laid them down? 3. or why cheap garbage bags aren't made with a square, flat bottom so they don't roll over when filled. It seems that these are the real problems to throw money at!!! Leo

There is no known history regarding its origins or what service it had done, but the following work was undertaken alone to bring it up to show standard.
