this is our little house in pa, some pictures of the view from the front porch., and,the sides and back yard , My wife and I built it in 1998 with dreams of selling our house in nj some day and retiring there, It has been rented out since it was new the first couple lived there 1 year and got a divorce,the next couple lived there almost 12 years ,and paid the rent on time and took pretty good care of the place,their parents gave them a piece of land,and they are going to move,now I have the task of finding a good tenant, Also , to make matters worse,my wife has informed me that she does not want to retire there. , she wants to stay in nj. Our garden is in a valley to the left of the front porch, The whole place is surrounded by farms that have sold their development rights so it will stay peaceful for a long time, oh well.....
