Adolphs Meat Tenderizer works great for bee stings and jelly fish and man o war stings as well. Dampen the skin and rub it in; it is granular so it helps scrub the area. The enzymes break down the protein in the venom and neutralizes it. For bee stings if rubbing it in doesnt help enough make a paste and hold it in place with a bandaid or more.
