Thanks for the kind words Lou. I knew about the law because we were talking about it at work recently. A co-worker had been forced for years to make the trip to Ill. to buy small cans of R-134a. He thought I was crazy when I mentioned they had a whole shelf full at Farm & Fleet. Just think of the gas he has been wasting for years just to get the relatively safe R-134a. No doubt he hurt the environment much, much more by being forced to make that drive than if he would have been able to go down the street and buy what was needed.
I also agree, its nice to have a gov. that is finally thinking about business in WI. This change went mostly unnoticed here, at least by me and the people I know, but with a little common sense it reverses a stupid law that caused tons of carbon emissions to be spewed into the air and had a very negative financial impact to every day working families here in WI. That sure is a nice change....
