Echlin had points and a condenser for the Wico mag I had on an old Viking walk behind garden tractor. The fire was still weak and I took into where I worked and they had a machine for testing mags. I think the machine was made in Germany. This was back in 1960's and a lot of the big tank engines had 4 mags on each engine. They installed a new coil and that fixed the weak spark. A few years later everything was changed to diesel engines. The tank engines were made by Continental both gas and diesel. Some of the smaller vehicles had the 318 Chrysler engine and they replaced them with Detroit diesel engines. The M109 and M110 both used Detroit engines.
