I'd replace them with metal panels. After about 35 years mine aged and got really brittle. Didn't realize how bad until one day I was working in the barn an noticed rain coming thru at the other end. One of them blew off in a storm that day. Not much fun replacing one when it's 35 F and raining, do it now when you can. Since then I've replaced all of them but one and it's due soon.
