Unbelievable! I'm too extatic for words. The rain's been training right over me since about 5:30am.
I didn't get more than a few hours sleep after what happened last night. Thunderstorm warnings in the county to the northwest,it died right out when it got here, then refired and there was a new warning in the next county over east. I spent the night stressed out to no end feeling like I'd been kicked in the gut. Missed us again! Layed there about 5 this morning, saw a few flashes of lightening, heard some thunder, figured it would follow the same path it's been following for the last two weeks, but the front sagged just far enough south to get some! I was within HOURS of it being too late. Had some corn start trying to polinate yesterday. This should at least keep it going.
