Looks like there are a couple of them that have limb risers (one in Michigan and one in Indiana).
I'll echo what the tractor vet said. Don't go pushing trees around without them. Not for the sake of your exhaust, for the sake of your head! Even when you think you're being safe and careful, the next thing you know, WHAM! a branch is 2ft from your face and the limb risers are ringing like a bell. I know if I didn't have them I would have been dead four times over just from the little bit of clearing that I've done on my farm over the past few years.
