They are from the '30s but not from a car or a truck but a tractor. A 30's Essex Tri-directional. And they are not mud flaps but GPS antennas. Yes in the '30 the Essex tractor company had the fore thought to install GPS on their tractors. The only problem was that satelites were not invented yet. A problem being a company more advanced than NASA. That is why the annetannas are by themselves. They more than likely removed shortly after the tractor was brought home.
