I heard of a city slicker that bought a piece of property in rural Minnesota. At the end or along a poorly maintained township road. Had to drive past a farmer that had a lot of old machinery scattered around that he was no longer using. This city slicker built a nice house and lived in it a couple of years and decided to sell it. He somehow forced the township to upgrade the road to his property. Then went to the county and complained about the farmer. The county made the farmers life a living H e l l until the farmer had his property up to the city slickers approval. City slicker them made quite a bit of money on the property and moved on.
