Yep,I did that 31 years ago. I was banking at one of those multi location huge banks where nobody had any authority. EVERYTHING had to go to the board and wait a few weeks. I got a line of credit aproved so I wouldn't have to wait and the manager STILL pulled the same stunt. I went to a little single location State Bank,moved all my accounts and got the money to pay off the other bank plus the new money I needed. I'd probably be unemployed and flat broke right now instead of spending a lifetime self employed if I hadn't switched.
