IF you're in North America and not having a tractor that runs will effect your quality of life or finances this is what I would call a "West Texas deal" (EL-PASO)
Neighbor had a 70 horse Leyland (what Nuffield became) for sale about 30 years ago for like 2 or 3 thousand dollars, It took him a while to unload---I mean sell it.
Not that great of a tractor, never had much sales in the US, nonexistent sales & service organization and the parent company is no longer around, what does that tell you?
For 3 grand you could get a Late 50's Farmall, Oliver, Allis Chalmers or Massey Ferguson and have more tractor and better parts availability
