Actually, I do like zuchinni bread. My favorite aunt used to make it for me. She lived south of the Twin Cities and was pretty ill with cancer. So I'd go down there pretty often and do odd jobs for her. She's always make zuchinni, pumpkin, carrot, or banana bread for me. Towards the end when I don't know she could make the effort to do the baking she'd still have some kind of treats for me. So you guys who are trying to glom onto my share of the zuchinni bread forget it. I'm right here in line with my hand out. :)
