My bosses house got hailed on last year but he never got around to reshingle it, the shingles were 3 years old. Then this spring the house got hailed on again so now he got it shingled the insurance company said their dropping him for to many claims. If he would have gotten after the roof and shingled last year they would have had to pay twice but with him being slow they only had to pay once!! And still want to drop him. My cousin farms and the insurance agent came out just to see the place a little trashy but he farms and works for a large feedlot. Agent said no extension cords outside, needs to be in conduit, he has one going to the fuel barrel for the pump, reasonable decision, one is a fencer running to a tree grove for summer and to clean/knock down weeds and wants it in conduit, the cord would be there for a month.
