My dad has a 455 long think its older then them but it has been a pretty good tough tractor. Picked up a 500gal propane tank with it and didn't break anything had to have a round bale on back to keep tires on the ground. Tank was almost full. It did spin number 3 rod bearing 10yrs ago the new rod came from England the bearing set came from Mississippi the gasket set came from north Carolina so parts are hard to come by but can be found most starter shops can rebuild the starter or atleast ours could think its a Bosch but pricey. The 455 is actually the same an allis tractor think the model is 5040 but not sure we saw on at an auction one tike and took a double take walking by then had to look at it
