Insulating the house (roof and gables), redoing half of a roof (rafters) and replacing the shingles.... Decided to buy everything at the BB store except shingles (they don't sell them)... Measured, made my list, and waited til today to order because they had 20% off everything.... Head to the insulation counter, wait in line, and get a guy that does our order, then to the section to order roof windows get a vet and order our stuff... That has us about 2 hours in the store and feelin it... Last stop was the most complicated because it was for the gutters and pipes... 30 minutes in line and almost next for a guy that I knew would help me with the headscratchin....
Hear this squeaky "good morning, how can I help you (translated)"
Little bit of a girl about 20 and cuter'n a speckled pup with a big smile on her face... Told her I'd wait cause I needed some extra help. Didn't bat an eye, just grabbed her scanner and a notepad & said let's go... Got the gutters and down pipes listed and the hardware list working... The fittings for the downpipes weren't available from the brand they sell in 4" (what I have now), so she ran and grabbed a book says "your roof area ain't that big, take these 3 1/2 " and save some money"..
Got done and she saw the other orders and said we must have been there all morning... Took the other orders, consolidated them all into one and took us to customer service and rang us up (other guys just told us to go to the cash register)... and said she's call when the whole order was ready.....
