No doubt that some people already knew what she gets credit for. Even Christopher Columbus got credit where others had already been.
Just her personal success is something to be proud of. As far as her being a nut, well there are plenty of people in that category, probably everyone at some time or another. One of the things that was brought up was that Albert Edison, Nikoli Tesla, Steve Jobs, and any number of other "crazy" people that were on the spectrum and made significant contributions to society.
NASA and Silicon Valley are full of these "handicapped" people they say, and with some humor she claimed that the first spear was probably made by someone with these problems. Because, she claimed it wasn't built by someone sitting around a fire being social!
