tractors for $3000

I was thinking of buying a tractor and was wondering
what i could expect to get for around $3000.
It will be used primarily for grading a 600 foot
driveway, snow removal, maintaining 6 acres of land,
using a sprayer, and perhaps a nice sized garden. Any input is greatly appreciated.
