As for the handicap thing, I don't set a lot of store in handicap and don't pity anyone... Things happen for a reason that is far beyond our control so we just live with it and make the best... Mental handicap is one thing, but anything else can be overcome, just depends on the will of the person... If they don't have the will to overcome (to any extent), then they worth anything other than a joke or two.
