John you are wrong. The "church" can do that if they wanted. It can be any "church", even the wacko one. They are too concerned with building mission overseas or large building to seat an ever shrinking congregation to help here in the US. Or they blackmail people into joining the church to get any help. All I see are religious leaders with their hands out looking for more money and little if any being dumped back in the local community.
