If you don't think the investments that wealthy people make create jobs, then, respectfully, you need to go take an economicsn course.
Let's see, your brother wins the lottery and needs to make some investments. He sees your company and wants to throw some money in. You've been thinking you'd like to expand, if only for some capital. You now have that capital and build an addition onto your building, that creates construction and manufacturing jobs. With your increased capacity you need more sales to keep up, so you hire a few salesmen. More new jobs. Your business takes off and you order more raw material for the product you make, your supplier has to add a new man to keep up with your new orders. Created a job. Now your pushing your local vendors and they're growing to keep up, so now the uniform company has to split that route in two, another job. I mean it's just on and on. Surely you can see the logic here. If you're a businessman you know this is exactly how it works.
