I can see the humor in your post, Bendee, but I personally don't find it funny. Scouting where to put a logging road in, another guy and myself came face to face with a cow moose with a calf only a few hours old. There was literally less than 50 yards between us and her. We backed away slowly, then ran for all we were worth, and holy @$%^ were we lucky to get out of that one. I carry a 300 Win Mag now whenever I'm in the bush.
