One summer day my uncle William Kennedy drove into the ranch and handed his two boys off to my grandparents and said take care of of them. It was years before they ever saw their mother and never talked to their dad again. They grew up on the farm with us and our grandparents. We had a great time but I think they felt sort of left off at times. They are both gone now died young at 69 and 71. Cousin Bill (William) was seventh in line of William Kennedy's his son is eight but has two girls and his wife said no more, to she ended a long line of Wiliams. Walt

Today's Featured Article - Restoration Story: Fordson Major - by Anthony West. George bought his Fordson Major from a an implement sale about 18 years ago for £200.00 (UK). There is no known history regarding its origins or what service it had done, but the following work was undertaken alone to bring it up to show standard. From the engine number, it was found that this Major was produced late 1946. It was almost complete but had various parts that would definitely need replacing.
