I was reading the posts below and just wanted to say thanks to you guys for the stories of your hardships, determination, and bullheadedness to survive. My generation has a hard time associating with the stuggles you all faced (I am 26). I remember through high school working for a dairy farm every day after school and every weekend night (every other Sat. was a 16 hour day and Sun morning was alternate). There was many times when I would fuel up and have less than $2 to my name. I still had some fun but didn't do as much as my other classmates. I am soo glad that I decided to take that path as opposed to the more popular and easier one. I learned alot that saved me trouble and stress in the present time.
Times are different now than they were then. Everything now takes alot of money to do little. But the priciples and morals still hold true. Bust your butt and pinch the pennies.
Thanks again everyone, really enjoy reading those stories.
