for corn, depends on your yield, but say 200bu/ac you'd need about 8000 bu capacity. for beans, at say 50 bu/ac, maybe 2000 bushel. i'd look to find a used bin in that size range, or maybe like some old government bins. check illinois and indiana area. you can get them pretty cheap, take em down and haul them on a trailer and put them back up at your place. with an air floor and an unloading auger, it will make your life a lot easier. i bought 3 used bins some years back, 2-14000 bushel fs bins, one had a dryer and stirrators, and an 8000 bushel brock with a dryer for 5 grand for the whole bunch. we took em down and moved em, and put them up at the last farm. bins even had sweeps with them.
