: (this was posted before the crash) : I am soon to obtain my great grandfather's Farmall Regular. : It's in mediocre shape and has been painted red, so for the moment I have 2 questions. : 1. Does anyone have a line on Farmall grey? Paint code, source whatever. I know Farmall's were grey until 1936. : 2. What kind of a seat is this machine supposed to have? I found a seat on the ground near the tractor that looks : kind of like the ones in the pictures in the tractor books, but I don't know if it's original.. : Thanks. On my 1935 F-20 I used a charcoal grey 27625 PPG Ditzler paint and had great results. It covers fairly well. On the rims I used 2150 red, it came out as a dark maroon/ever-so-slight purple. Looks good against the charcoal grey.
