Sounds a little high to me, unless it is in virtually perfect running condition and very good aesthetic condition. Same tractors around here (SE Texas) are running about $2500-$3000 in good running shape. I found my '57 Ford 640, with 6 implements, for $2400 (added another $400 since then). Keep looking to make sure it is a reasonable price for your area; I suspect you might do better.
