Well.....I don't know how much the Cockshutt desiners played off Oliver. Through 1946 Cockshutt sold Hart Parr then Oliver tractors rebadged as Cockshutts. Then they built their own factory and manufactured their own til White bought them out in the early 60s. Then they went back to selling rebaged Olivers again.
On the flip side,Cockshutt had live power take off two years before Oliver did and that was quite similar.
