I had the pleasure of one of them today. Idiot was texting and when he got in traffic he would slow down to the point the right lane was passing him. Then speed up to get past it and do 80 to keep everyone from going around. Some fella in a pickup got around him an created a rolling road block next to some slower traffic until he moved over. That dude got pist'd off and started waving his finger at everyone went by.....
