That brings back memories. My dad built me one out of plywood and wheels like that one. He built it with pedals but they didn't work well, so the pedals came off and I drove it Flintstone style. At first it was a Massey Harris 30 like my dads, and then it became a John Deere 3010 like the neighbours. My brother had one to. Our house was built so that you could go all the way around in a loop, and we spent most of the winter driving around the loop at top speed. All furniture and door trim and such had gouge marks the same height as the rear axles. I still have whats left of it, the plywood is very rotten, but it is 50 years old. My guess is that he patterned it off of something like that one.
