I think his name was John Anderson, about 18 years old, from the Fargo area. Both arms were reattached in a Mpls area hospital. They were functional. He received a lot of donations and wanted to start a singing career. That didn"t work out, and the last article I read about him, he said he spent the bulk of his time managing his investments.

There is no known history regarding its origins or what service it had done, but the following work was undertaken alone to bring it up to show standard.
