I agree there is a lot of fraud in the system. But just try to turn someone in. Fat lot good that will do you.I turned in a guy several years ago for fraud. I got several nasty letters from gov. Basicly telling me to mind my own business.
Some do work under the table because they have to. Try living on 600.00 a month. That is all some get.Also you are allowed to make some money without having to report it
