That plane IS a Stearman, in Galesburg this week for the annual Stearman Fly-IN. Probably 60-80 show up from all over the US. The JD 4440 is an extremly versatile tractor, large enough to get a day"s work done and small enough to "chore" with. For a hot lunch, get a can of stew or soup, peel the label off, and place it on the exhaust manifold of the 4440. Put it on at 8:00, turn 180* at 10:00, and you will have a nice meal in the field at noon. Don"t forget a can opener and a spoon!
