Some place keeps calling my daughter saying they are going to take her to court if she doesn't pay them money that they claim she obtained on one of those payday advancement deals. She checked out the dates that they gave her and she did not even have a bank account at that time! She told them to send her something official in the mail but they haven't done that yet. My son went through the same thing, got to where he recognized the phone number. When they called he answered, "Police department, cyber crime division, Capt. so and so speaking", they quit calling him.
