just replaced the window track [power] in my nieces 99 minivan,,,the cable was loose and un-did it self so the wondow wouldn"t roll up,,took to body shop that knew what to do,,i bought part for $80, and they charged me $50 labor,,didn"t break a sweat doing any work, done in half a day... that old of year, don"t go nuts trying to fix it your self...
