Would like info on International Harvester 464

I'm thinking of buying a gas powered IH 464 with loader and forks. It has a enclosed heated cab, hydraulic trailer lift in back, good tires, everything runs fine, seems to have been used almost exclusively to move snow and drag trailers around a paved lot. I want it to move large (3000 lb) beams and logs onto a sawmill. The dealer wants $3,750 for it. I live in Mass. and would appreciate any feedback from anyone with experience with this tractor.
