C-Ken you have rights if you made the purchase with a CREDIT CARD not so much if you used a Debit card. CALL the Card 1-800 number and Dispute the charges, they will work hard with you to reverse the damages. Most Citi cards actually have a dispute form right in their bill. BE Firm yet patient, explain the story don't get huffy. You will get results.Big CC companies can extract money from them. GO GET EM!
